Fee due to attorney in consideration of legal services having been rendered is always agreed on with every client individually, based on clearly stated rules, before the provision of such services starts:
The basic net fee per one hour of legal consultation service is PLN 250.00 (+23% VAT) and is negotiable depending on the peculiar nature of an individual case.
In a case of legal action, it is possible to agree on a fee for handling the entire case as well as on remuneration partly dependant on the outcome of a given case ("success fee").
